that bike is absolutely weird...why are you using a XTR as a chain tensioner??it makes no sense!!it's like XC, dirt together on the 24inches...

gotta put the wheel on the other side, the rotors are to be on the left,I believe you know that. and yeah, cut the steerer tube+the seat looks way to big for this frame...
